loctaion closed to the highway and friendly desk service.

We had 2 tickets for breakfast and were not able to use. The cook arrived late and we had to leave before 9 am to our conference 10 miles away.

Out dated decor and unfriendly staff.

This hotel was a close to everything, the breakfast was lacking and the front desk staff was very unfriendly, if you are just needing a place to stay overnight to lay your head then this is OK, but more than one day I would not recommend. I liked the convince, close to where I was spending my time.

They could do a better job cleaning the smoking rooms and the sink was backing up.

I enjoyed my stay but they could do a better job with housekeeping.

Very clean, good location and very good in house restaurants.

They did not have the heat on in the room when we arrived.

Very clean and secure and they give you a very nice breakfast when you get up in the morning. Not just donuts and coffee.

The hotel claimed to have a free breakfast with a stay. However, only one person was working in the restaurant and people were leaving before eating from excessive wait times.

Staff was friendly and the beds comfortable.

The breakfast was awful. Cold, egg shells and small.

I did enjoy my stay at the Quality Inn. My bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of space. The room was clean and cool. My only complaint was the breakfast was terrible. It was free, except for juice and coffee, but it was dreadful. However, if I will be staying at the hotel again whenever I'm in that area. Fixtures a bit tacky and outdated, asked for non smoking but got smoking room.
